We at Kinga Csilla hope you love your new purchase. Please let us know if you are unhappy, and we will happily exchange or credit note your purchase provided your exchange has been approved via email.
A refund is only provided when an item is deemed as faulty.
Kinga Csilla is not liable for fit discrepancies that may occur when comparing items to online models.
Kinga Csilla is not liable for a refund for change of mind.
*Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. If a full priced item has a promotional code applied to it, this qualifies it as a sale item.
All returns or exchanges must be posted to the address provided via email in response to return or exchange requests
Return postage costs will be at your expense unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. If you believe your item is faulty, or you would like to request an exchange please contact Customer Enquiries at email@example.com
We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.
• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt;
• Goods must be in original condition, with all tags still intact. Items soiled with makeup, dirt, food, tanning products etc will not be accepted.
• Please retain proof of purchase (receipt) until the refund is processed.
• Exchanges can be made as a request only and this is subject to availability - if your requested garment is not available then a credit note will be issued and you will be notified via email.
• Please note, no refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale items.
What defines faulty?
• Manufacturing faults.
• Goods that are different to the goods that you ordered.
• Goods that have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
In the event that items are faulty, Kinga Csilla can authorise a reimbursement of tailoring costs, up to a maximum value of $20 AUD. Please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org before proceeding with the repair - any costs exceeding this amount may be approved on an individual basis. Alternatively, Kinga Csilla offers an in-house repair service. Please contact Repairs at email@example.com should you have an item you would like to have mended.
SALES + OFFERS
Please note that Kinga Csilla reserves the right to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time.
All competition winners – whether they be from Kinga Csilla or its associated labels, affiliates or sponsors – are responsible for the cost of any import duties or taxes associated with the delivery of their prize (including instances in which competition winners use a gift voucher to purchase a prize of their choice). Competitions cover the cost of the items won only and do not cover any incurred delivery or processing fees. This includes any competition where Kinga Csilla provides stock for its winners – including competitions run through the Kinga Csilla website, print, event or social media.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTIONS
Gift with purchase promotions are subject to the following conditions:
• Promotion is valid only until stocks last.
• You must spend over the specified amount in order to receive your gift.
• Gifts cannot be added to your order after it has been placed and confirmation sent. Additional shipping fees will apply to ship the gift when the process not completed correctly at checkout.
• The gift cannot be refunded or exchanged, nor can it be redeemed for cash.
• If your purchase is refunded/exchanged below the amount originally required to claim your gift, the gift must also be returned in original condition. If the gift is not returned, the cost of the gift will be deducted from your refund/credit note.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
By placing an order with Kinga Csilla, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom and duty import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Kinga Csilla. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
•international shipping = $25 aud flat rate.
While Kinga Csilla makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or issue a store credit.
• One coupon only can be applied per purchase. Code combinations are not accepted.
• Codes are one use per customer unless otherwise stated.
Kinga Csilla takes no responsibility for coupons that were not applied during the checkout process and discounts cannot be refunded after the fact. If you're having troubles with a coupon or promotion please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
CARING FOR YOUR GARMENT
At Kinga Csilla, we employ many artisanal or traditional handed finishes to our garments. This gives our pieces character and uniqueness. To extend the lifespan of your delicately finished Kinga Csilla garment we recommend that styles that have been, beaded, embroidered or finished with crochet are hand washed in cold water and line dried.
