Are your items true to size?

We sometimes wonder what true to size even means.

We create clothing in all different silhouettes. Some pieces are generous and floaty and some pieces are tight. We size according to how we feel the style should look however we understand you might like a slightly different aesthetic. 

For example: our Fez dress is made to be loose and flowing, even across the bust - but if you prefer a slightly more defined fit you might like to go down a size.

What happens once I place my order?

We send it. :)

- Except in the extra-rare event that we don’t have the item. Even the best inventory keeping systems aren’t 100% accurate, so if this is the case, we will email you and offer a refund, credit or exchange.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We work in Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).

Orders are shipped on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Your order will be shipped the same day if ordered before 11:30 am or the next posting day if ordered after 11:30 am.

I've accidentally ordered the wrong item/size?

We are unable to edit or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please carefully review your order before confirming. Once dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed nor cancelled.

I wrote in the wrong shipping details, how can I change these?

The possibility depends on how far along the delivery journey your item is. If this happens, email us with the email heading {URGENT: WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED : ORDER #[order number]}. 

Let us know what happened with the correct address, and we will endeavour to intercept your item before it leaves our HQ. If the item is already dispatched there is not much we can do. Please carefully review your order before confirming!

Will I need to sign for my parcel to be delivered?

Not usually, although occasionally when items are shipped to non-metro/rural areas, third party couriers are contracted to the last leg of your parcels journey - and they may require a signature.

How do I redeem a Gift Card/ Store Credit?

After you have added all the items to your cart, please go to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You will then have the option to add your code. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

Can I get a refund for my order?

We offer store credits or exchange on all full priced items purchased via our online store, minus the shipping and duty, taxes, and fees. 

The returned item should be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with hygiene stickers attached with the original Kinga Csilla tags. 

If your items do not meet expectations, or any markings are found, our returns team will be in touch. 

All return claims must be lodged within 7 days of receiving, and you have 5 days to return your items to our warehouse. 

Please note, we strictly do not offer any returns, exchanges or store credits on sale items. These items are considered clearance items and sales are final.

Do I have to pay for customs when ordering outside Australia?

Yes. Kinga Csilla does not cover for any customs charges or local taxes. Please check with your country's tax authorities.
