Create or log into your KC account and click Join the program on the Rewards page. Earn 1 point per $1 on eligible purchases — points are posted when your order is fulfilled. You can view your balance anytime on the Rewards page or in your account.

Choose a reward (e.g., $20 at 200 pts, $50 at 500 pts) and apply the code at checkout. Rewards are single-use and can't be stacked with other discounts. Points don't accrue on gift cards, shipping, or taxes, and are reversed if an order is returned or cancelled. Rewards are only redeemable via kingacsilla.com.

Points expire 12 months after they're added. Redeemed reward codes expire 90 days after issue. Loyalty rewards can't be combined with other discount codes. Please note, all points were reset at the time of program launch on 26 March 2026.

Check that you're logged in and that your order meets the minimum spend:

• $20 reward — $100 minimum spend
• $50 reward — $200 minimum spend
• $100 reward — $300 minimum spend
