Kinga Csilla online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brookvale, NSW, Australia, and are dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 72hrs of purchase. During sale and promotional periods, please allow extra time for dispatch.
Australian Orders
Orders over A$300 are eligible for free standard shipping domestically.
Standard domestic shipping under A$300 is A$15.
Express domestic shipping is A$20.
Kinga Csilla delivers within Australia using Australia Post, Aramex and Couriers Please.
International Orders
Orders over A$350 are eligible for free shipping globally.
International shipping for New Zealand is A$30.
International shipping for Asia, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and United States of America is A$35.
International shipping for rest of the world is A$60.
Kinga Csilla delivers globally with DHL Express International.
International Customs and Taxes
Kinga Csilla do not hold responsibility for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipments. Please check with your country's tax authorities. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase. Orders with unpaid duties returned to Brookvale NSW, Australia will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise discussed.
Stolen or Damaged Parcels
Once your order leaves our Brookvale warehouse and is handed over to the designated courier, the responsibility for its safe and timely delivery shifts to the courier company. Kinga Csilla do not guarantee delivery dates or timeframes.
Kinga Csilla is not liable for any issues that may arise during the shipping process, including but not limited to misdelivery, lost packages, or delays. We encourage you directly contact the courier company responsible for delivering your order, if you encounter any delivery-related concerns.
