VAL LDEMOSSA
Wander the old stone streets and stop for coca de patata with a traditional almond drink — a local ritual worth knowing.
DEIÀ
Coffee at De Monio, a wander through Panella Studio and Casera 71, lunch at Nama Deià, then a swim at Cala Deià. For later, Sa Fonda is a favourite.
SÓLLER
Wander between Sóller and Port de Sóller, stop at Restaurant Blai, then find something sweet at Mister McCoy's Island Ices.
A LITTLE ADVICE
Leave room to get lost. Take a different road home, stop when the light is beautiful, swim somewhere unexpected and always stay for sunset.
