Returns Policy

At Kinga Csilla we accept returns on full priced items for a store credit or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

We are contacted via email at hello@kingacsilla.com, within 7 days of you receiving your item/s

Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise unused conditions, with all original labels and tags attached.

We do not accept returns of jewellery, sale or pre-order items.

We do not provide a refund for a change of mind, incorrect size or faults made by the customer.

Please ensure your item/s are returned via a traceable shipment method and your RA number is visible on the return parcel. The customer is responsible for return postage charges.

Once we have received your return, we will process the exchange or store credit. Please allow us up to 1-3 business days to process your return.

Kinga Csilla will issue a full refund where: items are deemed as faulty, or a replacement for a faulty item can not be sent to you, or the style is considered to have a major fault in alignment with ACCC guidelines.

Exchanges

Once we have received your return, we will process the exchange. Please allow us up to 1-3 business days to process your return.

We are unable to hold onto any items for your exchange, as such items can only be exchanged where stock is available.

If your requested item has sold out by the time we process your return, you will be issued with a store credit. The credit will remain valid for 3 years, so you can take your time finding new pieces to love.

Store Credits

Once we have received your return, we will process the store credit. Please allow us up to 1-3 business days to process your return.

Store credits have an expiration of 3 years, giving you all the time you need to find the perfect pieces.

Sale Items

Sale items are final and are not eligible for return for a store credit or exchange. At Kinga Csilla, we do not offer refunds as part of our Terms and Conditions.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-orders are classified as a custom-made goods as we would not have ordered them if you had not purchased them, as such they are non-returnable. This does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as you may still have warranties or guarantees on the products description, fit for purpose and quality. For more information on this please refer to the Australian Consumer Law rights of a consumer. 

All pre-orders are classified as custom orders and as such full payment is required on pre-orders. If you choose to cancel your order, you will forfeit 20% of your money.

Shipping of pre-orders is commonly between 4 to 8 weeks. However, pre-orders can be delayed, due to issues that may arise which are out of our control, such as Australian custom clearances, inclement weather or strikes.  

Faulty Items

At Kinga Csilla we take pride in the quality of our garments. However, if you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@kingacsilla.com and we will do our best to replace your item. In an instance where a replacement is not available, we will issue you a refund.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at hello@kingacsilla.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Colour Representation

We aim to always include a swatch image to provide you with an accurate colour representation of our items. However, our studio and outdoor photoshoots, post-production editing, as well as different computer/phone screens may display colour variations.
