Sourced directly from Japanese farms and certified 100% organic, this matcha is shade-grown during spring harvest and milled to preserve its vibrant color and fresh flavor. It's well-balanced and easy to work with, without the harsh bitterness that can come with lower-quality matcha.
This 30g tin provides approximately 15 servings (based on 2g per serving) and comes in a practical format, perfect to display at home or take with you.

1. Sift 2–3 g (about 1 tsp) of matcha into a bowl
2. Add about 50ml of hot (max. 80°C) water
3. Whisk in a zig-zag motion using a bamboo whisk (chasen) until a fine foam forms on the surface
4. Enjoy as a traditional usucha on its own, or add your favourite warm milk to create a creamy matcha latte
