Returns Policy

At Kinga Csilla, we accept returns on full-priced items for a refund, store creditor exchange, subject to the following conditions:

All returns and exchanges must be lodged through our Returns Portal within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

Requests made outside this period may not be accepted.

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.

Orders returned for a refund will incur a $9.95 AUD processing fee per item returned.

Customers who opt for store credit will receive a $20 AUD bonus credit applied automatically when completing their return through the portal.

We do not accept returns on jewellery or sale items (including permanently marked down products or items purchased using a discount code, excluding the welcome code).

Please ensure your return is sent via a traceable shipping method, and that your Return Authorisation (RA) number is clearly visible on the parcel.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

Once your return has been received, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 1–3 business days.

Exchanges

Once we have received your return, we will process the exchange within 1–3 business days.

We are unable to hold items for exchange - all exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is processed.

If your requested item has sold out, you will be issued with a store credit, valid for 3 years, so you can take your time finding new pieces to love.

Store Credits

If you choose store credit through our Returns Portal, you’ll receive an additional $20 AUD credit as our way of saying thank you.

Once we have received your return, we will process your store credit within 1–3 business days.

Your credit will be issued as a digital gift card, valid for 3 years, giving you plenty of time to find the perfect pieces to love.

Sale Items

Sale items are final and are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.

Items that are permanently marked down, or purchased using a discount code (excluding the welcome code), are considered sale items and are therefore final sale.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-orders are considered custom-made goods, as we would not have ordered them without your purchase. As such, they are non-refundable.

Pre-ordered items can be returned for a store credit or exchange only.

This does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as you may still have warranties or guarantees relating to the product’s description, quality, and fit for purpose. For more information, please refer to the Australian Consumer Law rights of a consumer.

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.

If you choose to cancel your pre-order, a 20% cancellation fee will apply, and this amount will be forfeited from your refund.

Shipping for pre-orders is typically between 4–8 weeks, though delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control — including customs clearances, weather disruptions, or logistics delays.

Faulty Items

At Kinga Csilla, we take great pride in the quality of our garments.

If you believe your item is faulty, please lodge a claim through our Returns Portal within 7 days of receiving your order.

Be sure to include clear photos and a brief description of the fault when submitting your return. Our team will assess your claim as a priority.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we will replace it where possible.

In the event a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kingacsilla.com.

Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request. In the case of a pre-order cancellation, a 20% cancellation fee will apply, as outlined in our Pre-Order Policy.

Colour Representation

We aim to always include a swatch image to provide an accurate colour representation of our garments. However, please note that studio and outdoor lighting, post-production editing, and individual device screen settings may cause slight variations in colour. These differences are not considered faults, but a natural part of the online shopping experience.
