Free standard shipping on all orders over A$250, within Australia and worldwide.
Orders under A$250: standard shipping is A$10 (AU), A$30 (NZ) or A$35 (rest of world); express is A$20 (AU).
Dispatched at 3pm Monday to Thursday from our warehouse in Brookvale, NSW.

Returns

Youā€™re welcome to return items purchased online within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange, store credit or refund. If you choose store credit, youā€™ll receive an additional $20 AUD to put towards something new. Refunds incur a $9.95 AUD processing fee per item returned.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Please note the following return exceptions:

  • Jewellery cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. This includes permanently marked-down items and items purchased using a discount code, excluding our welcome code.
  • Pre-Order items are ordered especially for you, they are not eligible for a refund. Pre-order items may be returned for an exchange or store credit only.

For the easiest and most streamlined return experience, we recommend lodging your return through our Returns Portal.

EU Withdrawal: Customers located in the EU or EEA may withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. This is separate from our standard returns process and allows you to request a refund in accordance with your statutory withdrawal rights.

To submit a withdrawal request, please select the link below and follow the prompts. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Once your request has been submitted, youā€™ll receive confirmation by email.
