Orders under A$250: standard shipping is A$15 (AU) / A$30–35 (international); express is A$20 (AU).

You’re welcome to return items purchased online within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange, store credit or refund. If you choose store credit, you’ll receive an additional $20 AUD to put towards something new. Refunds incur a $9.95 AUD processing fee per item returned.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Please note the following return exceptions:

• Jewellery cannot be returned.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. This includes permanently marked-down items and items purchased using a discount code, excluding our welcome code.
• Pre-Order items are ordered especially for you, they are not eligible for a refund. Pre-order items may be returned for an exchange or store credit only.

EU Withdrawal: Customers located in the EU or EEA may withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. This is separate from our standard returns process and allows you to request a refund in accordance with your statutory withdrawal rights.
