Are your items true to size?

At Kinga Csilla, we create clothing in all different silhouettes. Some pieces are generous and floaty and some pieces are tight. We size according to how we feel the style should look, however we understand you might like a slightly different aesthetic.

What happens once I place my order?

We send it!

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72hrs of purchase, from our warehouse in Brookvale NSW, Australia.

Except in the extra-rare event that we don’t have the item. Even the best inventory keeping systems aren’t 100% accurate, so if this is the case, we will email you and process a refund.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We work in Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).

Orders are usually shipped on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 72hrs of purchase.

Once your parcel is dispatched and collected from our warehouse, you will be emailed your tracking information.

I've accidentally ordered the wrong item/size?

We are unable to edit an order once it has been placed. Please carefully review your order before confirming.

If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at hello@kingacsilla.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed nor cancelled.

I wrote in the wrong shipping details, how can I change these?

The possibility depends on how far along the delivery journey your item is. Please carefully review your order before confirming. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed nor cancelled.

Although, if this happens to you, email us immediately at hello@kingacsilla.com, with the email heading {URGENT: WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED : ORDER #[order number]}, and we'll do our best to accomodate.

Will I need to sign for my parcel to be delivered?

Not usually, although occasionally when items are shipped to non-metro/rural areas, third party couriers are contracted to the last leg of your parcels journey - and they may require a signature.

What is your returns policy?

How do I redeem a gift card or store credit?

After you have added all the items to your cart, please go to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You will then have the option to add your code. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

Can I get a refund for my order?

Here at Kinga Csilla, we have a return policy that allows customers to return items within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Regrettably, we do not provide refunds, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Do I have to pay for customs when ordering outside Australia?

Yes. Kinga Csilla do not hold responsibility for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipments. Please check with your country's tax authorities.
