Kinga Csilla online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brookvale, NSW, Australia, and are dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of purchase. During sale and promotional periods, please allow extra time for dispatch.

Australian Orders

Orders over A$250 are eligible for free standard shipping within Australia. Standard domestic shipping under A$250 is A$15, and express domestic shipping is A$20. We deliver within Australia using Australia Post, Aramex and Couriers Please.

International Orders

Orders over A$250 are eligible for free shipping worldwide. International shipping is A$30 to New Zealand and A$35 to the rest of the world. We deliver globally with DHL Express International.

International Customs and Taxes

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the price you pay at checkout. Depending on your destination country's import regulations, you may be charged customs duties, taxes, or other fees on delivery - these are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your country's tax authorities before ordering, as we're unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase. Orders refused or returned to our Brookvale, NSW warehouse due to unpaid duties may incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise arranged.

Stolen or Damaged Parcels

Once your order leaves our Brookvale warehouse and is handed to the designated courier, responsibility for its safe and timely delivery passes to the courier company. Kinga Csilla does not guarantee delivery dates or timeframes.

While we'll always do our best to help, Kinga Csilla is not liable for issues that may arise during shipping, including misdelivery, lost packages, or delays.
