2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, the Prize Partner, and

their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Periods

Entries open at 7th June 2026 7:00pm AEST and close at 11th June 2026 11:59pm AEST.

Tag & Win Competition

Valid for eligible entries posted between 7th June 2026 and 7th July 2026 11:59pm AEST while staying at

Tokoriki Island Resort.

4. How to Enter

Fiji Holiday Giveaway

To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:

• Follow @kinga_csilla and @tokoriki_island_resort on Instagram
• Like the official giveaway post
• Comment on the post and tag one person per comment (each tag equals one entry)
• Complete the official giveaway entry form via the sign-up page located here.
• Bonus entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tag both accounts.

Tag & Win Competition

Eligible guests of Tokoriki Island Resort must:

• Post a photo or video wearing the Kinga Csilla x Tokoriki robe on Instagram
• Tag @kinga_csilla and @tokoriki_island_resort

Entries must be publicly visible. If an entrant’s account is private, they must send a screenshot of the post orstory via Instagram direct message to @kinga_csilla during the Promotion Period.

5. Prize Details

Fiji Holiday Giveaway Prize

The total prize pool value is up to AUD $8,000.

The prize includes:

 

• One (1) Flight Centre digital gift card valued at up to AUD $2,000 to be used towards return economy flights for two (2) people. The Flight Centre digital gift card is subject to Flight Centre's applicable Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
• Four (4) nights accommodation at Tokoriki Island Resort
• Return airport and island transfers
• Two (2) Kinga Csilla x Tokoriki robe’s

Flights exceeding the AUD $2,000 cap are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter will not reimburse any additional costs.

The prize does not include travel insurance, meals, beverages, activities, spending money, passport or visa costs, or any other expenses not expressly listed.

Travel is subject to availability and blackout periods. Available travel periods are 1–20 December and 5 January–30 June annually. The prize must be redeemed within 24 months of winner notification.

Tag & Win Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Kinga Csilla wardrobe valued at AUD $1,000.

6. Draw and Winner Notification

Fiji holiday winner will be drawn at random at Kinga Csilla HQ, Sydney NSW on 15th June at 12:00pm AEST. Tag & Win Competition winner will be drawn on 15th July at 12:00pm AEST.

Winners will be contacted via email and Instagram direct message. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and a redraw conducted.

Winner names may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.

7. Travel and Liability Conditions

International travel is subject to airline schedules, government requirements, and circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Prize Partner are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, natural disasters, acts of government, or other force majeure events.

The Promoter’s total liability is limited to the value of the prize awarded.

8. User Generated Content and Permissions

By entering, entrants grant the Promoter and Prize Partner a non exclusive, royalty free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish and share any content submitted as part of the promotion for marketing and promotional purposes.

Entrants warrant that they own the rights to the content submitted and have obtained consent from any person appearing in the content.

The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries containing inappropriate, offensive or unlawful content.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available here. Information will be used to administer the promotion and, where consent is provided, for marketing communications from Kinga Csilla and Tokoriki Island Resort.

10. Instagram and Meta Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility related to this promotion.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia.
