Sunshine and friendly faces celebrated slow-fashion and artisanal craftsmanship! On Saturday, we gathered at Roze & Thorn boutique in the heart of Mona Vale to showcase Kinga Csilla’s newest Atlas collection. It was more than just a pop-up; it was a love letter to our Northern Beaches community and a joyful showcase of what makes our brand and local partners so special.
Our morning in Mona Vale saw clear skies, gentle sunlight, and a calm, inviting vibe. From 9:30 to 11:30am, Roze & Thorn became a hub for KC loyalists, curious locals, and the breezy, effortless style our collections are known for. Friends, neighbours and fashion enthusiasts wandered the racks, discovering rich prints, sun-faded fabrics, and hand-embroidered details from our latest Atlas collection. The collection marks a new chapter in our journey for mindful, artisan-made womenswear.
Atlas draws inspiration from vintage paisleys, Moroccan textiles and a relaxed resort lifestyle. Shot in Zanzibar by photographer/creative director Wieteke Konings, each piece tells a story of travel, connection, and the enduring beauty of hand-finished garments. The collection’s earthy tones and intricate embroideries were perfectly at home among Roze & Thorn’s mix of contemporary designer wear, echoing the boutique’s ethos of day-to-night versatility and effortless chic.
We believe that fashion thrives in community! Roze & Thorn as one of our prized stockists celebrates the beautiful Northern Beaches’ style we all know and love. Their racks feature a curated mix of effortless luxury and bold, feminine pieces from contemporary designers. On this sunlit morning, the boutique was bright with floral arrangements, KC window decal, local chatter, and coffee cups filled with freshly brewed My Gosh coffee.
Guests were treated to cakes by @__kawaiicakes__ including carrot cake, pistachio cheesecake and ube cheesecake. Complimentary coffee and San Pellegrino sparkling quenched our thirst and exclusive Kinga Csilla totes were awarded to our first 20 visitors. The Atlas Collection was modelled by our amazing team and our beautiful creative director Laura Liles. We shared styling tips and stories with locals; showcasing what handcrafted, slow-made fashion means at Kinga.
